🚀 What You’ll Do

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our customer service team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and care

  • Issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) and adding certificate holders

  • Guiding clients through using our online client portal

  • Responding to client inquiries or directing them to the right team member

  • Following up with clients and prospects to support our relationship-driven approach

  • Conducting periodic account reviews to ensure clients are well-covered

  • Handling messages accurately with attention to detail

  • Providing administrative and operational support as needed

  • Maintaining courteous communication, especially when callers are on hold

  • Staying organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment

✅ What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian (required)

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic calculator use

  • Fast and accurate at typing and data entry

  • Excellent in both verbal and written communication

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized

  • Friendly, kind, ethical, and respectful—a true team player

  • Familiar with CRM tools like Infusionsoft or TurboDial (a plus!)

🎓 Experience & Training

No insurance experience? That’s okay! If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong work ethic, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to get you up to speed.

Prior experience in the insurance industry is a bonus but not required.
